The vase is signed with the Trenton, N.J. palette mark in green. 1902-on.

		<description><![CDATA[A pair of handsome Chinese baluster jars in powder blue glaze. K&#8217;angxi period, Qing Dynasty.
Converted to lamps in the early 20th c. and rewired recently, the jars are themselves 16&#8243;h.
The gilt tracing is well preserved and consists of  trellised reserves, florals, windswept grasses and dragons chasing the flaming pearl. The color is wonderful and [...]]]></description>

Converted to lamps in the early 20th c. and rewired recently, the jars are themselves 16&#8243;h.<br />
The gilt tracing is well preserved and consists of  trellised reserves, florals, windswept grasses and dragons chasing the flaming pearl. The color is wonderful and condition fine with the exception of a repaired hairline on one jar.</p>
